The Board must follow the procedure set forth in 20 CSR 2234-1.040 regarding complaint handling and disposition. So, the complaint will go to the Central Investigative Unit for investigation as soon as today or Monday. The Board will request that CIU handle the matter as expeditiously as possible given the time frames you’ve indicated.
Pursuant to 324.001.8 and 324.017, all investigations, complaints, and deliberations regarding such are closed records. Accordingly, members of the public, including complainants, cannot be privy to the deliberation in a meeting about a complaint. I would anticipate as the complainant that CIU will contact you to discuss the complaint and any additional and relevant information you may have. Additionally, you will be notified of the outcome of the board’s decision on the complaint.
Thank you for your time and attention to the complaint,
Pam

IS AN OPEN RECORDS ACT REQUEST INCLUDED IN THIS EMAIL
Hi
Pam,
As
usual we hope you are well and life is good...
We
have attached a link, which is a story on www.moapi.org which speaks to more of the
associated details of the original complaint.
Because
there are many attorneys or judges involved in this matter directly/indirectly
who may or may not have a racial or political interest, we are including
complaints to the chief disciplinary counsel incase anyone involved has any
ideas about dropping the ball for the aforementioned complaint/s.
We
believe our Governor is not being treated fairly in this matter with questionable allegations
piling on him, all for political reasons. These same (complaint) referenced people
have perpetrated malfeasance to affect an attack/investigation on our
Governor through MO 324.1106.
OPEN (SUNSHINE)

connected to the OFFICIAL historical chain of custody directly related to my

from my open records act request from any related source, please prepare a list
of the same regarding- memo narrative, entities, chains and dates of the same.
PLEASE MAKE AVAILABLE THE RESPONSIVE ONGOING RESULTS OF THIS ORAR TO THIS EMAIL.
